Sewing instructor (In Person)

Role Summary:
TALMS is seeking a skilled sewing instructor to lead beginner friendly in person workshops focused on foundational sewing skills. You will teach small groups, guide students through hands on projects, and help them build confidence in their craft.

Responsibilities:
Teach beginner sewing techniques
Plan simple class projects
Maintain a safe classroom environment
Communicate clearly and patiently with students
Assist with materials setup and cleanup
Provide feedback and encouragement

Requirements:
Experience sewing at an intermediate or advanced level
Teaching experience preferred but not required
Reliable transportation
Warm, friendly demeanor
Comfortable teaching Black and Brown creatives

Compensation:
$175 to $200 per workshop depending on experience

Modeling + Posing Instructor (In Person)

Role Summary:
Lead confidence building posing and runway workshops for students of all experience levels. This class is about expression, posture, confidence, and understanding body awareness in fashion.

Responsibilities:
Teach posing fundamentals and movement
Lead runway walk sessions
Demonstrate confidence building techniques
Guide students through practice drills

Requirements:
Modeling, posing, or runway experience
Strong communication and leadership
Comfort working with beginners

Compensation:
$125 to $175 per workshop

Digital Business Instructor (PR, Social Media, Branding) (Virtual)

Role Summary:
TALMS is looking for a digital business instructor who can teach virtual classes on PR, branding, content creation, and social media for creatives.

Responsibilities:
Teach 60 to 90 minute virtual classes
Provide clear frameworks and takeaways
Share industry insights
Answer student questions live

Requirements:
Proven experience in PR, social media, branding, or marketing
Comfort on camera
Clear communication skills
